Please read these terms carefully before using the 36ok platform. By accessing or using any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 36ok ("36ok", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 36ok website located at https://36ok.pro, including all games, betting markets, account services, promotions, and any other features made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").
By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility

Age verification may be requested at registration and at any subsequent point, including at the time of withdrawal. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and for your own account. Use of the Service on behalf of another person, or the opening of an account for a third party, is strictly prohibited.

You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 36ok, any affiliated entity, or any game or technology provider contracted by 36ok. Accounts held by such persons will be closed without notice.
- 1.4
You must register using your own verified Bangladesh mobile number and your own bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet credentials. Using another person's payment credentials to fund a 36ok account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3. Account Registration
To access the full range of 36ok features including betting markets and game play, you must register an account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on the 36ok platform at any time. Opening, or attempting to open, multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment accounts, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances across all duplicate accounts forfeited.
- 2.2
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep that information up to date at all times. 36ok may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided, including identity documents and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
- 2.3
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 36ok will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.
- 2.4
36ok accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal with your 36ok account or any balance held in it. Any purported transfer of an account is void and will result in closure of the account and forfeiture of any balance.
- 2.5
36ok reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, subject to returning any undisputed balance to the registered payment method on file, less any applicable deductions for bonus abuse or fraud.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
36ok supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved Bangladeshi mobile financial services. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the 36ok platform:
- 3.1
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your own Bangladesh mobile number. Third-party deposits — where the sender's registered name or mobile number does not match your 36ok account details — will be reversed and may trigger an account review. 36ok reserves the right to hold such deposits pending verification.
- 3.2
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. 36ok does not process withdrawals to bank accounts, credit cards, international wallets, or any payment method other than the approved mobile wallet services listed above. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds.
- 3.3
Before any withdrawal is processed, 36ok may require the completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of ownership of the withdrawal wallet. Withdrawals submitted before KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is complete.
- 3.4
36ok does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own standard transaction fees in accordance with their terms of service. 36ok has no control over and accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
36ok offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion:
Welcome Bonus
New account holders may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period will be stated at the time the promotion is offered. Welcome bonuses are available to each eligible account once only and cannot be claimed by existing account holders opening a new account.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms) must be wagered using real-money bets before a withdrawal request will be approved. Bonus Expiry
All bonuses and associated free spins have an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from the account without compensation. Wagering requirements not completed within the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

36ok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time and without prior notice, including where 36ok has reasonable grounds to believe that the promotion is being abused or exploited.
- 4.2
Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to the opening of multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, placing opposing bets to lock in a risk-free return from bonus funds ("bonus hunting" or "bonus arbitrage"), or using automated software to meet wagering requirements — will have their bonuses forfeited, their winnings voided, and their account closed.
- 4.3
Bonuses are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred between accounts. Bonus balances will be used before real-money balances when placing bets, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all bets placed and games played on the 36ok platform. Specific game and market rules supplement these general rules and are accessible within the relevant game or market interface:
- 5.1
All bets placed on the 36ok platform are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player, except where explicitly permitted by the specific market rules (for example, cash-out functionality where available).
- 5.2
36ok reserves the right to void any bet or game session where there is reasonable evidence of technical error, data feed error, human error in the setting of odds or markets, or any other malfunction that has materially affected the outcome or the ability of 36ok to settle the bet correctly. In such circumstances, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
- 5.3
In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the 36ok transaction records shall be the primary reference for resolution. 36ok's decision on bet settlement disputes is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
- 5.4
Maximum win limits may apply to individual bets, game sessions, or bet types. Where a maximum win limit applies, it will be stated in the relevant game or market rules. 36ok reserves the right to limit the stakes accepted from any individual player on any market without explanation.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 36ok platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use the 36ok platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity. 36ok is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and will co-operate fully with any lawful investigation.
- 6.2
Collusion between players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or table games, and match-fixing or inside-information betting in sports markets.
- 6.3
Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to automate play, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent platform security measures. This includes the use of VPNs or proxy services to disguise your location or identity for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
- 6.4
Any form of harassment, abuse, threatening behaviour, or offensive communication directed at 36ok staff, support agents, or other players through any channel including the support email. 36ok maintains a zero-tolerance policy on abusive communications and will terminate accounts accordingly.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
36ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time. The following rules govern suspension and termination of accounts:

36ok may suspend an account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other conduct that puts other players, 36ok, or third parties at risk. A suspended account will have all pending withdrawals placed on hold pending investigation.
- 7.2
Players may close their own 36ok account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, 36ok will close the account within one business day, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and settlement of any outstanding bets. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method.
- 7.3
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms or for prohibited conduct, 36ok reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account, including real-money balance, bonus balance, and any pending winnings. This right to forfeit is without prejudice to any other remedy available to 36ok under these Terms or applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the 36ok platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 36ok or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 36ok name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 36ok. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the 36ok platform without the prior written consent of 36ok. You must not use any data mining, scraping, or similar automated data gathering tools on any part of the 36ok platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the following limitations on 36ok's liability apply:

36ok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 36ok has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- 9.2
36ok does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 36ok makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Service for any particular purpose. Access to the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- 9.3
In all cases where 36ok is found to be liable, 36ok's maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 36ok account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Responsible Gaming

13. Governing Law and Disputes
